Rug Searches:
Not seeing what you want here?  Tired of searching the web and every shop possible?  Let us do the work for you!  RBT's wholesale network is fairly extensive, and we know the tricks of the trade when on a rug search.  Use our contact form to send your inquiries.  Please include the minimum and maximum size you would like, what colors you desire, and briefly explain your style so we know where to start.  A representative will contact you within 24 hours of your inquiry to confirm the request and get any additional details we may need.

 

Rug Padding:
Slip and slide down your hallway no longer.  We've got rubber-grip padding cut to size just for you!  Padding is priced at $3 / square foot.  Using our contact form, please let us know what size you will need cut (in inches).  A representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the details of your order.

 

Cleaning and repair services:
Before requesting a quote for cleaning or repair, please collect all of your information and a photo of the affected area if repair is needed.  We will need to know the size, material (if you know it), and what kind of damages the carpet has incurred.  We will also want to know weather the rug is antique or new production.  Sometimes we may need to see the rug in person prior to quoting repair cost.  Please keep this in mind.  Request a quote by using our contact form.

Home Viewing & Delivery:
Buying a rug can be a serious commitment, and sometimes you'll want to weigh out your options first.  Should you have interest in any of the rugs or weavings on this site, but like to see them in your home first, please use our contact form to schedule a home viewing.

 

Shipments Outside of the United States:
For shipments to residents of countries other than the US, US Islands and Canada, please choose "out of country shipment" when checking out.  A representative will contact you within 24 hours of your order with a quote, and request any information needed to arrange the shipment. 

 

Using Your Wholesale Shipping Account:
If you are a wholesaler or design professional and would like to use your own shipping account, please select the "out of country shipment" option.  A representative will contact you withing 24 hours of your order to arrange for shipment.
